Our Story
When Premier VIP Car launched in New York in 2020, there was one thing that the company believed in that remains true to this day. If a vehicle is booked at a specific time, then it should be there without fail and with zero surprises. Initial reservations were primarily for transfers from and to the airport, business trips and special events. Those bookings evolved into corporate clients, families, and travelers who just needed a black car service in NYC that they could count on.
Today our fleet is in New York City, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, and neighbouring areas, and the method remains much the same. A company’s effect on people’s emotions sticks with them after they have left the ride. We can’t always expect instant success, but being there on time, keeping all our vehicles clean and treating every reservation with the same amount of attention has helped us grow one ride at a time.
Our Mission
Luxury means different things to different people. For others, it’s a lonely drive after a busy day. To some, it’s a quiet drive before an important meeting. For some, it’s being aware that the driver has been waiting after a long flight. This is the “ideal” we strive for each day. Our goal is to offer reliable, chauffeured transportation that is as reliable on a busy holiday weekend as on a Tuesday morning. All things are done to the satisfaction of every customer for every reservation, including airport transfers, car service, weddings or private events.
People don’t come back if they are promised something that’s flashy. Consistency does. We feel that professional service should feel natural, not forced, and each ride should focus on what you originally sought to ride for, rather than on the ride itself.
Our Commitment
Trust is built through the little things that happen before the ride even begins. Each driver is personally vetted before joining our team; our vehicles are maintained on a regular schedule and remain TLC licensed and insured. The same attention is extended to the reservation process, too. Families can book child seats in advance of collection, corporate customers can have dedicated accounts and receive monthly invoices, and groups can be advised on the appropriate vehicle according to the number of people in the car.
We do not feel that the quality of service needs to be based on the size of the Reservation, or the distance you are traveling. The professional experience you enjoy from the time of booking until you arrive at your destination is the same, whether you are using an executive car service, an airport transfer or transportation for a special event.
