Point-to-point covers a single pickup and drop-off, which works for most trips. Hourly makes more sense when the day includes several stops or the schedule isn’t fully set yet.
Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available. Requesting one in advance helps make sure the right vehicle is scheduled and ready before pickup. The same goes for asking for a child safety seat!
It generally comes down to headcount and luggage. A Sprinter suits smaller groups up to around 14 passengers, a charter bus fits larger parties, and an SUV works well for a handful of people who still want some extra room.
